Last weekend we got 4 days off for the holiday of Carnaval. More what Carnaval is later this week. Angel and I wanted to go on a trip with his family, but with so much still to do in the house, we knew we needed to stay and work. But on the last day we decided to sneak up the mountain a little ways and have a 2 hour escape. Lovely!
We are only about 15 minutes from our house here!

I was happy to find a warm rock and be able to soak up some sun. Angel thinks it looks like I fell off the boulder in this photo!
